I am happy to say that we are now safely in Guangzhou. The flight was only an hour, but it was a long hour. We made the big mistake of leaving Julie's blankie stowed in the overhead bins and then we couldn't get to it because there was too much turbulance. Never underestimate the power of blankie! Silly us. At one point during the flight both girls were screaming at the top of their lungs, much to the dismay of those around us. We're trying not to get frustrated by Julie's inability to be the "big girl," but it's hard sometimes. She still reacts much like a baby to things, including her sister's crying. We finaly got Melody to settle down by giving her a bottle (her second in an hour), after which Julie wanted one too. So, I filled Melody's old bottle with water and let Julie have it. Peace, finally! I hope it will be better on our long flight home.
The only other thing on the schedule for today was to get Melody's picture taken in our guide's hotel room. It came out so well! I believe we will get a copy eventually, so I can scan it in and post it. It will go on her medical report as well as her Certificate of Citizenship.
I didn't take many pictures today because of all the traveling. These travel days are really hard on all of us. Here are the couple that I got.

Not a fun flight. Definitely need that blankie on the way home! AC has a lovely she's very attached to, and we even need to make sure we have it in the car with us. It makes traveling much "quieter"!
