Congrats again on having your sweet daughter! I hope that every day there is some improvement in sleep or schedules...
My meager input: try to get their afternoon naps to coincide. It sounds like putting Melody down first so that you can do your routine w/ Julie may be a good option. Then at least you'll have a block of time for yourself!!
