Bows and Dumplings

Friday morning I went shopping and found little hair bows that actually stay in Julie's hair, even without pig tails to hold them up! I'm pretty sure they're intended for little babies, but that's about the kind of hair Julie has. I was so excited to finally be able to put real bows in her hair, and I even have my choice of pink, purple or white!

Here they are!


Friday evening we went to dinner at a friends' house. We had the best homemade Chinese dumplings followed by apple pie from Baker's Square. It was all fabulous! Here is Julie playing after dinner:


After church today, Julie pulled her bows out and insisted that Larry put them on. Usually, she likes for me to put clips in my hair whenever I put them in her hair. I guess today she figured the same rules apply to Daddy too! I was very impressed that Larry could even get these in his hair. Those are truly some amazing bows! Julie decided that a tub would make a nice accessory for her head, although I'm not so sure!
